We are open on weekends and holidays.
However, we may have irregular holidays, so please contact us in advance for large transactions.

What are your business hours?
We are open from 11:00-18:00 on weekdays, and 12:00-18:00 on weekends and holidays.
When are the daily rates determined?
The latest rates are updated after 10:00 AM on weekdays.
※Rates may be updated throughout the day if there are significant fluctuations in the exchange market.
What do I need besides foreign currency and cash when visiting?
Depending on the exchange amount, the following documents and verifications are required:

- Photo ID verification
- Signature on anti-money laundering documents
【Over 2 million yen】
- Photo ID verification
- Signature on anti-money laundering documents
- Documents showing source of funds
- Verification of intended use of funds
Can I pay with a credit card?
Credit cards cannot be used for currency exchange.
Are there any additional fees for currency exchange?
There are no additional fees.
Exchange is done at the rates displayed in the store.
Are there upper or lower limits for currency exchange amounts?
There is no lower limit.
You can exchange from a minimum of one bill of each currency.
Can I exchange large amounts of foreign currency at once?
Yes, it is possible.
Can I exchange coins?
We only handle banknotes. Coins are not eligible for foreign currency exchange.
Can I exchange currencies not listed on your website or in the store?
We only handle currencies listed on our rate table.
How long does the exchange process take?
Generally, transactions are completed within a few minutes.
However, for exchanges over 2 million yen, identity verification is required,
which may take slightly longer than usual.
Will you buy any foreign currency?
We use a banknote counting machine with authentication features to verify bills.
Bills with severe damage or creases that cannot pass through the machine will be rejected and cannot be purchased.
Do I need my passport or ID for currency exchange?
For transactions of 2 million yen or less, identification is generally not required.
For transactions exceeding 2 million yen, identification is required by law.

How often are the exchange rates updated?
Rates are updated every business day before opening (in the morning).
The same rates apply in-store and on our website, so you can check today's rates online before visiting.
Can I exchange Japanese yen for foreign currency?
Yes. We both buy foreign currency (exchange to yen) and sell foreign currency (exchange from yen).

Do you speak English?
Yes, our staff can assist you in English. International visitors are always welcome.
Do I need a reservation?
No reservation is needed — just visit us during business hours.
For large transactions (over 2 million yen), contacting us in advance helps us prepare the currency you need.
Which currencies do you handle?
We handle 17 major currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, AUD, CAD, NZD, KRW, PHP, CNY, SGD, THB, MYR, TWD, HKD, VND and IDR.

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, we issue a transaction statement detailing your exchange at the time of the transaction.
How do I get to your store from Asakusa Station?
We are a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Station, on Sushiya-dori street.
