Terms of Service

The Company provides the following services to customers.

1. Foreign currency trading services
2. Information services related to foreign exchange
3. Foreign currency delivery service (limited areas)
4. Large transaction service (advance reservation required)
5. Other related services determined by the Company

1. Business hours are weekdays 9:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-17:00. Closed on Sundays, public holidays, and company-designated holidays.
2. Handling currencies and exchange rates are determined by the Company and may change without notice depending on market conditions.
3. Some currencies may not be available due to inventory conditions.

1. The Company conducts identity verification based on the "Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds" in the following cases.
   • Cash transactions exceeding 2 million yen equivalent
   • Using foreign currency delivery service exceeding 100,000 yen equivalent
   • Other cases deemed necessary by the Company
2. Please present official identification such as driver's license, passport, or residence card for identity verification.
3. Transactions may be declined if identity verification cannot be completed.

1. Foreign exchange transactions are established when the customer agrees to the rate presented by the Company and cash exchange is completed.
2. Cancellation, refunds, or rate changes cannot be accepted after transaction establishment.
3. Counterfeit currency, severely damaged currency, or currency that has ceased circulation cannot be handled.

1. Foreign exchange fees are included in the exchange rate presented by the Company.
2. Additional delivery fees apply when using foreign currency delivery service.
3. Preferential rates may apply for large transactions. Please inquire at the counter for details.

1. The Company conducts authentication of foreign currency received from customers.
2. If counterfeit currency is detected, legal measures including police reports will be taken.
3. Transactions may take time due to authentication procedures.

1. The Company bears no responsibility for damages caused by the following reasons.
   • Losses due to exchange rate fluctuations
   • Loss or theft due to customer's intent or negligence
   • Business suspension due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or strikes
   • Currency regulations or denomination by foreign governments
2. Information provided by the Company is for reference only and its accuracy is not guaranteed.

The Company does not conduct any transactions with anti-social forces (organized crime groups, gang members, associate members, affiliated companies, corporate racketeers, etc.). Transactions will be declined if deemed applicable or potentially applicable.

Customer personal information is handled in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".

1. The Company may change these Terms as necessary.
2. Changed Terms become effective from the time they are posted at the Company counter and website.

1. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for disputes related to these Terms.
